What We Bring We provide the following equipment:
Canoes
Wenonah Canoes: Rogue Wenonah's 16 foot Rogue is a lightweight Royalex tandem canoe suitable for up to class III whitewater. It's high bow will help keep you dry through even our biggest rapid, "the Play Wave". An outstanding boat for novices and experts alike. You won't find a finer rental canoe. Life jackets and paddles included with every rental. We wash and treat our life jackets after each use.
Kayaks
Heritage Kayaks: Featherlight 9.5 A new kayak designer and manufacturer from our own backyard in Greensboro, NC, Heritage Kayaks produces the perfect kayak for the Dan River. Rugged enough to handle the classic Dan River "bump and grind" and yet lightweight, comfortable and maneuverable for first timers. Life jackets and paddles included with every rental. We wash and treat our life jackets after each use.
