Rates and Reservations for 2013

Canoe Trips

Our prices start at $55 per canoe for two people for the 6 mile run or $75 for our 13 mile run. Additional people, $5 per person (restrictions on the number of people in a canoe may apply, due to weight and river conditions).

Custom Trips available.

Kayaks Trips:

Our prices start at $35 per Kayak (one person per Kayak)for the 6 mile run and $55 for our 13 mile run.
Custom trips available.

 

Shuttle Service:

$12 for the first boat (additional 3 boats $5 each) for the 6 mile run. Add $10 for our 13 mile run.

Group Rates:

Group Rate conditions:

  1. One payment for the group.
  2. All release forms filled out before arrival and submitted with payment on the day of the trip. [Download Release Form]

Payment

We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, Mastercard, and personal checks.

All rentals require a release form completed for each particpating individual. Click here for Adobe Reader to display the Release Form if necessary.

Reservation, Deposit, & Cancellation Policies

To make a reservation for a trip or shuttle service, contact us.

To reserve your place, we require a deposit of payment in full when you make your reservation. (If there is enough time, you may mail us a check.)

We know there are times when commitments cannot be kept. We rely mainly on advanced reservations, and cancellations cannot be readily filled. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations. To be fair to all concerned, we will offer you a rain check if you need to postpone your trip or shuttle service for any reason.

The Dan River Company, Inc. reserves the right to postpone trips due to dangerous weather or water conditions. In the event that we must do this, for your protection, we will issue you a rain check and reschedule your trip or shuttle service.
